I'm a geek, I know a lot about very little and very little about a lot.

I've been in the industry for a while, starting in medical electronics designing and programming hardware, then into mobile where I designed a wide area tcp/ip network before most people had heard of "The Internet". After being told "no-one would want the Internet at home, let alone on their phone" I joined the first UK consumer ISP and help it grow into the largest and saw it move from launching services 'on the back of a fag packet" to becoming a telco and floating on the London Stock Exchange to become a Plc.

Then moved back into start-up land and have stayed there ever since.
